My very first super aMYLK, I'm beautiful returns this weekend. I created my super mylks to help you feel better in mind, body and soul.
In our busy, social media crazed world, we can easily fall into the habit of comparison and self-criticism. It is so easy to lose sight of the importance of offering ourselves positive encouragement like telling ourselves that we are beautiful and special and capable of attracting abundance. In fact, I'd argue that the habit of self-criticism (and the criticism of others) can lead us to disease.
I created I'm beautiful because I was struggling with skin issues like eczema and rashes and I was feeling run down and less than beautiful as a result of chronic digestive issues. I wanted to feel better and I wanted to take action in a healthy way that was grounded in the wisdom and science of ancient, traditional medicine practices.
My research let me to ingredients which are often found in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Rainforest Shamanism and Aztec Medicine practices.
When I started to blend these potent healers (along with my positive intentions) into my mylks, I felt the vibration of my products change and I started to heal. When I drink my super mylks I remind myself that I am worthy, beautiful and capable of attracting abundance into my life. You are, too.
Ingredient Spotlight: Tocos (found in I’m beautiful, I’m joyful, I’m abundant) – a superfood
Tocos, also known in the biz as Tocopheranols and Tocotrienols, are derived from the bran of organically grown brown rice and naturally have a delicious melt-in-your mouth vanilla ice cream flavor. They are an extraordinary source of fat-soluble natural vitamin E and are widely recognized as being exceptional for connective tissue and skin and healthy muscle function. I personally use this product to help me manage my dry skin.
The health benefits of Tocos go beyond beauty. Tocos can help facilitate the removal of toxins from the body for detoxing and they also contain naturally occurring Vitamin A (Beta Carotene), Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin E, Folic Acid, Biotin, Choline, Inositol and naturally occurring Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Iron, Zinc, Manganese, Copper, Iodine and other Trace Minerals.
Tocos are my favorite add-in. While not an adaptogens, they are an incredible source of bioavailable Vitamin E and help aid in the restoration of tissue growth. I use it to treat dry skin issues ( I had really bad hives and dry skin and eczema when my stomach issues were really bad the first time). Tocos are derived from the bran of organically grown brown rice and have a naturally sweet vanilla ice cream flavor. Tocos also act as an aid to remove toxins from the body. Think of it like a fluffy astronaut ice cream as it melts in your mouth.
