All year long I get asked about my strawberry mylk, but I only use fresh, local and organic strawberries, which means we have to get them in season and while they last! When it's strawberry time, do not miss your chance!  There's one exception, however. I almost always freeze enough berries from summer to do one special holiday strawberry aMYLK the week before Christmas.
