My friend Nina raises eggs commercially in the Gorge. I met her at the Hillsdale Farmers Market where she was selling her Chickens. She has an abundance of eggs this year and reached out to me to see if we would like to sell them at the shop (or by pre-order). I said, "Let's give it a try!" 

These eggs are gorgeous! And, unlike store bought eggs, her egg's yolks are naturally yellow from eating bugs. They're not fed carrots!  These chickens are also fed supplementary corn free and soy free feed from a local producer. The best feed there is.

Note, they may be a mix of white and brown eggs. I had not been eating eggs for about a year, but I am now thanks to Nina and I'm loving these.
