I only use raw cacao at home for my baking and my hot cocoa creations. It's unprocessed and this heirloom varietal is rich and deep and amazing.  Pour your aMYLK into a frother and add a tablespoon of heirloom cacao with some maple syrup for a delicious, nutrient dense bedtime treat.
