I love this collagen booster by Anima Mundai and I have to say, I'm into it. I was a little worried that the schisandra and cranberry flavors might be too strong for me and I'd be forced to use it only in tea or in smoothies, but guess what?  It works in my lattes which are my adaptogen vehicle of choice. 

Here's the deal...adaptogens and superfoods for beauty and immunity work best when they are taken consistently. That's how you see results. If you can't get into the flavor profile you probably won't take it! It  won't do you any good sitting in your medicine cabinet, will it?  The good news here is that the flavor is subtle. Add it to your cocoas, lattes, elixirs, teas or smoothies!
