We have the most delightful raw honey in the world available to us right here in Portland. Oso honey is a major staple in my diet. I like to drizzle it over my morning toast, apples and add it to my honey.  When the kids get sick, I feed them spoonfuls of this honey.  I'm a fan. Our varietals change with the seasons.
