Oh, how I miss my philosophical meanderings. I've been working on some thoughts for you, mostly around the topics of anxiety, which seems to be the plague of the century, and what it means to live a healthy lifestyle in America today. Then there's the piece I want to write about why I don't (and will never) make oat mylk.
I'll get back into writing, recipe development and photography soon, I hope. The simple truth is, I've just been far too busy to put my pen to paper for the past several months. I've been in the kitchen! I've been working markets. I've moved! I've been hiring. This is the life of the post-pandemic entrepreneur.
The good news is, I see the light at the end of the tunnel! Relief is in sight! I just hired 4 incredible individuals this week, and I've got more hires to make in the next 6 weeks to prepare for a VERY expanded Summer season.
I've also got my new space to build out, so that I can have you come to the kitchen, too. (Don't get too excited, because projects like that can take months. I'm working on that next!)
There's a lot of change on the horizon at aMYLK, but all of it is good!
Be sure to come rain or shine to stock up for what looks to be a cozy kind of weekend. It looks like a good weekend to curl up with a mug of aMYLK and a good book.
