aMYLK chia pudding
This layering aMYLK chia pudding is a delightful source of nutrition and now that I'm making it available, you don't have to lift a finger, you just get to scoop it into your bowl and top it with your favorite smoothie, fresh fruit and granola!
In addition to getting all the healthy fats, vitamins and minerals from your aMYLK, this pudding also provides fiber, protein, calcium, phosphorus, and zinc from the chia seeds. YAY! Chia seeds have a high content of linoleic and alpha-linolenic (ALA) fatty acids (omega-3 fatty acids). The fiber is said to lower LDL cholesterol and slow down digestion. I find that when I eat chia pudding, I feel fuller longer as well as more hydrated. Not only that, it's delicious!
